Verdict

A very competitive race where none of them can be safely ruled out from winning. LANDOFTHERISINGSUN remains in very good form and is quite capable of scoring. Stable companion CALL TO UNITE has only been modest of late but can be a threat. VOORLOOPERTJIE improved to win his latest start and is well drawn. TIME FOR LOVE always gives of her best and is not out of it. ARDABIL returns from a break but is consistent and deserves respect. CONGRESSMAN is improving and would not be a surprise winner.

Verdict

An interesting race. The conditions of the race point us to the topweights as probable winners but maybe they are wrong. ABSOLUTELY YES has done little wrong in his career and could be a lot better than rated so gets a narrow vote to score. CAFE CULTURE has held his own in fields of better calibre than this and would not be a surprise winner. LET IT BE SAID is clearly a lot better than his last run would suggest. SUGAR MOUNTAIN loves a heavy track and has won his last three starts so deserves respect. OUTLAW KING, ARISTOCRATIC and QUESTIONING all have ability and care capable of scoring. CAPTAIN WEST also has scope for further improvement.
