Verdict

DEMANDING DAVE may have needed his last run. He is sure to strip fitter this time round and his trainer is well known to have winners at this time of the year. He probably has most to fear from the two newcomers TRIP TO CAMELOT and WHIRLWIND. OBJET D' ART was not disgraced on debut and could make vast improvement and be a real threat. MOUNT AUGUSTUS was a disappointment last time out but could make the frame.

SWIATEK and KAMCHATKA fought out the finish at Kenilworth over this distance in July. SWIATEK won that time and can repeat that success. KAMCHATKA has scope for improvement and will not go down easily. GOODNESSGRACIOUSME was back in third that day and will be right there at the finish again. MY ONLY WEAKNESS always give of her best and is well drawn so clearly not out of it.
