HARDLINE boasts some smart bumper form, including a close second behind the high-class Getabird, and would have gone close in his two maiden hurdle starts thus far but for late falls. That isn't too concerning, as he did manage to win a point-to-point contest in his earlier days, and the offspring of Arcadio can add to Gordon Elliott's victories in this race in both 2014 and 2015. Slippery Serpent ran away with a course bumper when last sighted and should give a good account on his return to hurdling duty, while Vittorio, Out Of The Loop and Amarillo Rose are others to keep an eye on.
