Sevarano missed out on a hat-trick when sent off favourite for a Newbury handicap last time and the versatile seven-year-old is unlikely to be affected by heavy ground on his return to the novice ranks. Igor was another to try his hand in a handicap recently and now drops back in distance, while Ulverston was second over slightly further here last month and could go under the radar a little. However, this could be the perfect opportunity for DANNY KIRWAN to get off the mark over timber. He was last sighted chasing home Angels Breath in an Ascot Grade 2 and the step up in trip will suit the point-to-point winner, who also beat Pym in a bumper, on his reappearance.
