This will not take much winning and SPIKE THE DIESEL is used to plying his trade at a higher level so he gets the call. Storm Or Two has some solid form at this level and can be given a chance along with Guns Of Glory who has place claims.

Verdict

It can pay to focus on the last-time-out winners in the line-up, Josata and BARBRAS INTENT. The latter was quite impressive over this C&D latest and is narrowly preferred. Miss Dixie Doodle could fare best of the rest to claim a place.

Verdict

This does not look overly competitive and DENIM DEMON probably only needs to reproduce his latest runner-up effort to get off the mark. Gold Venture, could prove the principal danger but Bwana Bill is also open to improvement and could figure.

A few in with chances here but DEMONIO has been in really good form of late and always appeared to be doing enough when scoring over track and trip last time. She gets the verdict to win again with Halfa and Pretty C C heading the list of dangers.

Verdict

LA GRAND PARI sets the standard having shaped with considerable promise in four starts so far and he looks to have been found a decent opening here. Stormy Creole could provide the stiffest challenge to the selection although the well-bred Cool Cajun takes the eye on debut.
