NEW YAWKER is a force to be reckoned with at present, rattling off five successive victories, including an eight-length demolition of the field last time over C&D. Favorite Patriot makes some appeal after winning a $31,000 allowance race, and Blimey scooted eight lengths clear of his rivals here last month.
It couldn't have helped HARLINGTON ROMANCE's chances when she was bumped on her first outing, but she still managed to finish within four lengths of the winner, and that racecourse experience could be advantageous this time around. Tower Ravens is a big player back on dirt over 6f, and Charlie Renee is entitled to come on for her debut.
LEROIDESSIOUX has only finished out the first three twice when racing over this distance, and following a decent effort in second over C&D, he is selected to get back to winning ways here. Deadly Card drops down in class to take his chance and has to be respected, while Think I'm Hooked is capable of getting amongst it.
ROCK IN BAGE sauntered to a six-length success over 1m here earlier in the month and rates the one to beat if running to a similar level of form. A Student and Berry Berry Bueno are the two that could give him most to think about.
SWEET BOO looks to be running back into form judging by her recent course second and gets the verdict now eased in grade. A big run from Speightslegacy, who was in front of the selection last time, appears likely, though she may struggle to confirm the form over this slightly longer trip. Love Your Looks also has place claims.
Colmont Kid is steadily improving with each run and should be thereabouts, though preference is for ALL THE WAY JOSE, who should be all the wiser for the experience gained on debut here last month. Harmony Bay is considered the pick of the remainder.
DONITA'S RULER beat Peaceluvncupcakes when second on her course debut last month and she's taken to go one better with improvement expected. I Thirtyfive and Irish Score also make some appeal.
LITTLE SANDY finished third in a $100,000 event at Saratoga on just her fourth career start last month and, clearly held in high regard, this drop in class will suit. Dan's Last Stand and Ode To Sami make most appeal of the remainder.
SPIN DOCTOR is forgiven his latest course flop over an inadequate trip and can show his true running here. A Ladys Man and Dc Royale Tigre head the dangers.
