METAL MASTER finishead clear of Inda Caton and Millenniummillions when taking second place in a similar contest last time and has solid claims of confirming that form and going one better here. Flip Tour has claims but hasn't shown his best form at this trip and Texas Pioneer is best watched after a couple of modest performances.
NORTH BEACH CONDO has progressed with each start and with the promise of more to come after just four starts (and one this season) may be able to find enough to land the spoils. It's The Ritz looks sure to be in the thick of the action and Pass The Tequila is on a role and won't be easy to beat whilst Exactemento cannot be ruled out if he can leave his latest effort behind him.
Finnegan's Lad may be best watched on his first start for Darlene Reese and could have his work cut out to get the better of HONORED NATION. The step back up to a route looks in his favour and he can provide another winner for his in-form trainer. S. S. Sinatra looks a danger following his latest pillar to post success whilst Bold Jeweller would have claims if resuming in peak form.
The market should prove informative with a number of debutants going to post. ANDIAMO AMICO has worked well in the build up to his debut and, with his sire having a decent record with newcomers, gets the vote. Read The Will sets the standard of those with experience although Fish Fly Soup will hope to turn the tables now that he's got a run under his belt.
Arch De Lee is well berthed and will have her supporters but weakened tamely last time. She's entitled to come on for that run but WHISPER OF TUNE went close when dropped back to sprinting last time and can come home in front tonight. Wild Thoughts impressed when winning last time but this looks tougher and she'll need to pull out a bit more.
ON THE RADIO has been claimed by Michael Pino after winning his last two races and if his in-form trainer can bring about a little improvement he could be hard to beat. Gonzo Bonzo Beans has yet to finish out of the money and merits plenty of respect whilst it's impossible to rule out Salty Dan, West Abe and Call Me Clash.
The fitting of blinkers could work the oracle for Glowing Sea but she will need to be at her very best to hold off the challenge of U SNITCHED ON ME and Eurydice. Marginal preference is for Steve Klesaris' filly who made a most encouraging debut last month and could fare even better now that she's stepped up to a route. Golden Policy has claims but her chances are hampered by being drawn widest of all.
Ladina looks sure to be in the mix but she may have to settle for a place again. The lightly raced LOOK OF LOVE gets the vote with the promise of more to come but Royal Pleasure was most impressive last time and will be a tough nut to crack whilst Deed To The Gate can't be left out of calculations.
MD BLUE CHIP drew 5 lengths clear of the field to win his second race on the bounce and a repeat of that should be good enough in this contest. He could have most to fear from his old rival Geronimo Hf but he has something to find on the form of their last meeting. Tour De France looks to be the best of the remainder.
The final race on the card can fall to FRENCH DESIGN who has put a poor showing in August behind him to make the frame the last twice and looks capable of getting his head in front here. Later looks the biggest danger although the claims of The Last Danse and Genuine Treasure shouldn't be underestimated.
