BASS ROCK almost collected on debut over this trip at Fairyhouse in August. He handled the cut in the ground that day and there should be plenty more to come. Bygone Age shaped well when third at Tipperary latest and has the benefit of experience over most of these. He looks a real danger, while Gearanai is well bred and could be worth closely monitoring in the betting market on her racecourse debut.
Most of these have given us little or nothing to go on, but Bass Rock looked a sure-fire winner at Fairyhouse and is selected on that basis. Bygone Age is nothing out of the ordinary but can reach a place again, while Hen Night is one of the more interesting newcomers.

RAYENI hasn't matched last season's feats so far but wasn't disgraced when fourth here last time out. That was over a mile and today's drop back in distance should pay dividends. Gluteus Maximus has been knocking on the door and wasn't beaten far in third at Dundalk latest. He had earlier gone well here and should be thereabouts again. Luisant didn't get home over 7f last time out and will be much more at home over this trip.
Plenty of the usual suspects are set to line up in this listed event, but one of the exceptions is Rayeni, who has been plying his trade over further but shapes like he'll handle this drop in trip and could prove a cut above his rivals. Perfect Polly has strong claims also, whilst Snaefell is conceding weight all round, but should have things run to suit.

AKDARENA shaped well when a close-up third over course and distance last time out. She had earlier won nicely on soft ground at Galway and there should be more to come. Atasari was impressive when scoring at Gowran over this distance latest and is another for the short-list. Dainty is yet to win but showed enough when a close-up second at Fairyhouse latest to figure in this company.
Berg Bahn made a visually impressive debut at Fairyhouse last month and, with this longer trip unlikely to present a problem, she's taken to find the requisite improvement and follow up. Crystal Gal is another useful prospect and rates as a big danger, but may not have the turn of foot of the selection, while Akdarena is another to consider in a trappy race.

ROSHINA caught the eye when running on with a real rattle to finish third over 1m at Dundalk earlier this month and the return to this longer trip could be enough to see her return to winning ways. Our Nana Rose has hardly put a foot wrong lately and was a convincing winner over this trip at Clonmel last time out. She's gone up 8lb for that win but there should be plenty more to come while Oxford City was a good third off this mark at Navan latest.
With a bit more luck in running Our Nana Rose would be coming here on the back of a hat-trick and she stands out in this field as the one who is still very much on an upward curve. Roman Arch is another who hasn't had much racing at this trip and looks a danger, whilst Key Decision has dropped to a potentially generous mark.

TROJAN WAR was impressive when scoring over this trip at Down Royal last time out. There was some give in the ground that day so today's surface shouldn't be a problem. Aliyfa went through the mud well to win at Galway last time out. That was over this distance and she's open to plenty of improvement. Von Jawlensky is another from the Aidan O'Brien team who has a big shout. This trip and track suit and he should be thereabouts.
Silverhand has made a highly successful switch to the Flat recently and, given how he goes through his races, shouldn't be inconvenienced by this drop in trip. ESSEX didn't quite get home over 2m here last time and is much better over this trip. He was a close-up second on his last start over course and distance and his rider takes a valuable 5lb off. Shalambar has been improving all season as he steps up in distance. He was a close-up second over 1m4f at Fairyhouse latest and shapes as though this longer trip will bring further improvement. Walk Beside Me has been tried over various distance but this one could turn out to be her best. She's bred to stay and market move would be telling.

Reggae Rock boxed on well over 7f at Tipperary latest and this extra furlong should be ideal but it could be worth taking a chance on the newcomer IDEAL MATCH. A beautifully bred son of Rock Of Gibralter, Dermot Weld's colt wouldn't have to be anything special to take this at the first time of asking.
Is Feidir Linn ran to a level good enough to win most maidens when fifth in a hot race last time and is the percentage call here against a potential improver, namely Noll Wallop. Reggae Rock looks a solid option for place backers.
