Midnight Citra looks a shade vulnerable as she steps back up in distance, so a chance is taken on BONNET PLUME. Thomas Albertrani's filly built on her pleasing debut effort when fourth over 1m here latest and she might improve again for this extra yardage. Kayleigh's Road could prove best of the rest.
KATHY'S HUMOR made a promising start to her racing career when runner-up over 6 1/2f here and with normal improvement expected, she rates the one to beat. Fenwick Hall was a length-and-a-quarter back in third that day and should give another good account, while Kacy Lauren is worth a market check first time out.
SIR BOND scored in style over 7f here last month and travelled with enough speed to think he'd remain competitive over 6f. Regulus looks the main danger though a big run from The Big Deluxe would also come as no surprise.
SON OF DIXIE hinted his turn was fast approaching when third over 6f here last time and should improve for this stiffer test. Grand Strand and Grandpa Len can scrap it out for the silver medal.
BIG LUTE (second) holds Can't Catch Me Now (third) on their latest 6f course run and is expected to confirm the form with that rival and find the improvement needed to score. Artemus Paperboy also has place possibilities.
RICO CAPOTE had future winner and reopposing rival Decesion Point in arrears when scoring in October and gets the vote. It might be worth forgiving Groupthink's latest effort and Imposing Figure could be unexposed on just his third start.
SALISBURY KNIGHT trailed a future winner when taking the minor honours in October and gets the nod. Adams Note rattled the crossbar when last sighted and can go one better with an improved effort, while the unexposed Changewilldoyagood is worth closer market inspection.
WILLET was deemed good enough to contest a Grade 3 last time out and she can bounce back now eased in class. Also noted are Bridgehampton and Joya Real.
JACAPO shaped with enough promise on his latest course start to suggest he's up to winning a maiden of this nature and he can score at the expense of Can'tcatchjack and Fit To Keep.
