NO COMPLAINING left the form of her four maiden efforts behind when chasing home a well-handicapped rival over 7f at Lingfield last month and with that form looking very solid following the winner's three subsequent victories, Barney Curley's charge is the one to beat here. Should she not get the this longer trip, Wavertree Bounty could be the one to capitalise now she is back on a fair mark. Franki J arrives here in good heart but she has stamina questions to answer over this far.
The form of No Complaining's latest effort gives her strong claims in this race, and she should prove too good for Franki J and Second Brook.

Vetvey relished the switch to the all-weather when showing much improved form to fill the runner-up spot over C&D recently and there could be more in the locker. He may have to play second fiddle again, however, this time to APOLLO D'NEGRO, who hasn't been beaten far in good maidens at Ascot and Newbury and should take all the beating if taking to polytrack this evening. Bertiewhittle is moving in the right direction and completes the shortlist, along with Cristalyev.
William Haggas has a good record with 2-y-os here, so Missile Command looks an interesting newcomer, but he'll do well to topple form-pick Apollo d'Negro given the current well-being of the Clive Cox yard. Vetvey and Cristaliyev should be battling it out for a place.

Madam Markievicz, successful in this grade on turf in June, has sound claims if taking to the all-weather but the safer option may be to concentrate on TEDIOUS and Two Feet OF Snow. The latter landed a similar C&D event on her penultimate outing but failed to justify even-money favouritism last time out and the preference is for Sylvester Kirk's charge who found the rain-softened ground against her last time out. Prior to that she landed a C&D claimer with ease and dead-heated for first in a Bath handicap so the lightly-raced filly, for whom Richard Hughes is an eye-catching jockey booking, should be too hot for these if returning to her best now back on a suitable surface.
Tedious should be hard to beat at this level, with Two Feet of Snow taken to chase her home. Madam Markievicz looks the pick of the remainder.

SOUTHANDWEST makes plenty of appeal at the weights and it would be no surprise to see him follow up last month's C&D success, despite having never won from three previous starts under tonight's pilot Jimmy Quinn. The hat-trick seeking Sabatini is another must for the shortlist, especially with such an appealing strike-rate. Dubai Dynamo and Catherines Call also feature among the likely dangers to the selection.
Sabatini should give a good account in her hat-trick bid but Imprimis Tagula and Samarinda may prove just too strong at the weights, with preference for the latter by a whisker.

She edges the vote here, ahead of top weight Mons Calpe and Wolverhampton second Egmarey. Zabeel Palace is another of interest if the betting market speaks favourably, while Moobeyn was entitled to have needed his comeback run last month.

Strong market support for Clearly Cryptonite would have to be taken seriously as he steps back up in trip for his handicap debut but marginal preference is for RIGID.
