Simply remarkable for the past 13 months, COBRA KILLER GAR (11) has been beaten only once under these conditions and the nature of his latest victory augurs well for a repeat. Leading the opposition, ISTER MAN (12) drops down the category-ladder in fine form and does not make the long trip to Vincennes other than to win this. TOTO BAROSSO (14) has done nothing but improve recently and is reunited with JMB who knows him well. HEMMA DE BRIKVIL (5) gave a good account of herself on re-entry 2 weeks ago and will have come on for the race. Unplaced on her own comeback that day, GIVE ME (6) returns to conditions he appreciates and will be barefoot for the occasion.
