Handed a good spot behind the car, HASUR DAIRPET (4) finished runner-up to him that day, and given his record over 2100m here, will be no pushover. Excellent during the autumn and recently successful at Nantes, HELIOS SOMOLLI (11) cannot be discounted, despite the draw. GREZ (5) enjoys a better place on the front line, put in a good finish last time out, and warrants respect.

The consistent JEEDAYA DU VIVIER (8) ran a very good 3rd that day and given her liking for the main track can impose this time. A serious sort, JAMAICA BROWN (7) just pipped her that day and can again figure prominently, but may first have to see off 2nd-line starters, JUST PRINCESS (12) who won well here late last month, and JALOUZ D'OLIVERIE (13) who ran 5th in the race of reference.
