CHISELLED IN GLORY was ahead of five of these when making it three wins from four starts latest. There could be more to come and she looks the one to beat. Snowbound Angel got closest to the selection in second that day and can't be ruled out, while last-time-out winner Bench Mark Dove is far from out of the equation.
Budj and SPECIAL TASK FORCE were both successful last time out and had some of these rivals behind them. They can fight this one out, although the latter recorded the highest speed-figure and just receives the vote. Jesses Lick, second to the selection latest, looks the best of the remainder.
Browns Derby Cat got within a neck of landing a similar C&D event latest and should be in the firing line again, but he may have to play second fiddle to PIKACHEW. Cliff Leavitt's inmate filled the runner-up berth in a tougher contest over this C&D when last seen in April and should take some beating if fully tuned up.
Fierce Cat and Temptors Alibi both failed in hat-trick bids last time out but are still likely to be there at the business end today, although it could pay to side with ITSALLRELATIVE. Bart Hone's charge scored over 6f here with something to spare latest. This is tougher but he has the pick of the draw and represents a hot trainer-jockey combination.
RAISE THE FEE failed to justify favouritism in a similar event here latest but boasts by far the best form on offer today and is taken to compensate his followers over this longer trip tonight. Adolfo Morales is riding out of his skin at present and can give the selection most to think about on board A Splash Of Tour, while Organ Pipe represents an in-form barn and cannot be discounted on his racecourse debut.
Maggie's Messenger represents a barn with an outstanding strike rate this term but this four year-old filly has failed as favourite on her last four outings and that has to be a worry. STORM REVIEW probably holds the form to win this and will take all the beating if taking to the step up to a route trip, while Total Jude is from a barn in very good form so she cannot be discounted with ease.
Springisintheair doesn't win very often so the vote goes to IT'S A BELL who was having her first run since August when down the field. That run should have brought her on and she should improve for the return to dirt. Cahill Mac Cool and Kideeakey both made the frame last time and should be challenging again.
Toss The Ball made a winning start to her career so market support for her after a break would be encouraging. Goodtimesrcoming comes into the equation on her best form but has something to prove at present but Wages and Lady Nikki may be able to play a hand. The vote goes to SPIDER WING who has been pretty consistent in her short career and her latest second reads well in this grade.
A peak-form Majestic Avenue would have sound claims but his supporters will have to take that for granted today. Similar remarks apply to Magic Mark whilst the fearsomely named Shark Hunter has yet to land the smallest catch in 17 career starts. He has a claim in this contest but RAININ CATS gets the nod by virtue of being less exposed and finishing second in a similar contest last time.
