CAMACTHMAGNIFICENT will take some stopping here. He has been running consistently well of late and a repeat of his second over track and trip latest would probably be good enough. Gesu and Straitfromtheheart may be left to scrap it out for minor honours.
WISE FROLIC displayed great battling qualities when winning over track and trip last month and she will prove a tough nut to crack if in the same mood tonight. If 'bouncing' from that first start since early June, either Extra Fuse or Exciting Pal could be closest on hand to take advantage.
DON'T PANIC has been in dazzling form since a no show here in July and a repeat of her impressive track and trip success latest will make her difficult to beat. The hat-trick seeking Red Headed Gal looks an obvious danger, while Lady Bandini warrants respect on the back of her narrow defeat over 5 1/2f at this venue.
Angela's Ray had the reopposing Deluna a place behind when third over 5 1/2f last time out and can confirm that form with this longer trip in her favour. Preference, however, is for SEAWAY SUMMER, a winner in this grade before going well in a better contest latest and she's sure to relish this drop back in class.
HAPPY NINER has filled the runner-up spot in this grade on her last two starts and deserves a change of luck. Stepping back up in trip, she gets the nod ahead of the eased-in-grade Priceless Memories and Ginger Lemon, who picked up the silver medal in a similar C&D event last time out.
This should go the way of STELLA DI SICILIA, just pipped in a similar contest over C&D last time. There might be a little more to come and she can confirm the placings with Kiss Me You Fool, more than three lengths back in third behind the selection. Right Behind Me looks the pick of the remainder.
Several of these can be given chance but it might be worth siding with JOANN'S APPEAL, who blew her chances over 6f in this grade latest when failing to get away on terms with her rivals. She did well to make up ground late to finish third, just a neck behind Rubato. If she gets away on terms, she can land the spoils tonight. I'm Flattered and Essence Of Time have both won in this grade recently and should take a hand in the finish.
I'M IT WAYNE has scored over C&D in his last three starts, twice in this grade. He came home by more than three lengths last time and should take all the beating here. Glowing Promise was second behind the selection last time and can filly the same spot tonight, while the Gerald Souto pair, Papa Charlie and Haventgotmywings, won slight weaker contests last time out but have something to find here.
MALKEINU came agonizingly close to recording a sixth career win over track and trip last time and, with a bit of luck, he can deliver the goods tonight. Amongst the dangers are Anthony Ryan's Hunting Money and Mary Ann Fruzzetti's Oorah.
ABOVE THE BEYOND gets the tentative vote to make it fifth time lucky. Although not showing a great deal in four starts to date, this significant drop in class will make life a whole lot easier and he should figure prominently. Double Black and Tink's Tiger can also be given chances in an open heat.
