Point-to-point winner CLONDAW DRAFT split two subsequent winners when filling the runner-up spot on his debut under NH Rules at Bangor in October and, expected to come on for that experience, he can repay some of the 85,000 pounds connections paid for him with a victory this afternoon. Plain Sailing won't have been suited by the soft ground when fourth of 15 on his debut in December and should be seen in a better light on a quicker surface today. Flying Native flopped on his recent introduction but he cannot be written off just yet for powerful connections.
