Sleepy Haven was soundly beaten when second at Southwell last time but he had shown plenty of promise as a juvenile and he must have every chance in this contest. However, MUNRO BAGGER performed with credit on his Flat debut here last month and any improvement on that might make him the one to beat. Her Nibbs could make the frame if fully tuned up for her return to action.

Top Tip: Munro Bagger (3)
Watch out for: Sleepy Haven (8)

Sleepy Haven was put in his place on his first try at this level at Southwell, but his form looks more solid than most of these on balance, and he may yet do better on turf. Her Nibbs has one standout effort, but has every chance with a repeat, while Munro Bagger and Ceekay's Girl made the frame in a similar event over C&D last time.

Rosebay Coral is entitled to come on for her debut experience and she should not be overlooked. Rapscallion Deep was turned over when long odds-on favourite for a Wolverhampton maiden in January and that form does not set the pulse racing. Showtime Girl and Rose Of May are respected but it might pay to side with Mark Johnston's newcomer, LEVEL BEST. A half-brother to multiple Pattern winner Utmost Respect, any confidence behind him on debut would certainly be a big positive.
