Rangooned has shown some solid form over the minimum trip and has claims but preference is for MAID A MILLION. David Elsworth's filly followed up a good second at Goodwood with a similar placing at Yarmouth and could go one better here.

Mill End Dancer was something of a surprise winner at Musselburgh last time but a 5lb rise shouldn't inconvenience her enormously, though she may struggle to beat BEACON TARN. Eric Alston's charge had two subsequent winners behind her when fifth at Nottingham last time and an opening mark of 61 looks very fair. Dream Vale fared better for having her sights lowered at Catterick last time, while Perfect Words went close latest but is up 2lb for that.

DISCLAIMER looks the one to be on here as Sir Henry Cecil's charge ran well over 7f here and certainly stays a mile. He is the most exposed horse in the line-up but hasn't done a great deal wrong and looks sure to be off the mark before long given the fact he's achieved an official rating of 79. Blue Dune was very disappointing when odds-on at Catterick last time and has a bit to prove for now, while Panettone also failed as a favourite last time and Roger Varian reaches for the hood here. Dorry K could be forgiven her latest effort at York with the drop in trip that day unlikely to have suited.
