ALUMINUM STRIKER faced a stiff task in allowance company last time out but back down in grade today he can get the better of Terac and Fort Riley.

Verdict

The Sundrop Kid had a few of these behind when runner-up latest and deserves a change of luck. However, he may have to play second fiddle again, this time to CURRENT RATE who was second in a higher grade over 6 1/2f latest and has won over a route in the past. Verdict

Main Track Only sets the standard and has been knocking on the door, but has had plenty of chances and it could pay to take her on with APRIL SUNSET. She has shown ability in better company on both starts over 6f, shaping as though this drop in trip would suit, and she will relish having her sights lowered. Right Over Dare is best of the remainder.

Verdict

A case can be made for plenty of these but if SEEK YE FIRST is in the same mood as when routing a similar field over C&D last time out then he will be hard to stop. Megalith also hacked up over this track and trip latest and rates a big threat, while Joey Whispers merits respect.

Verdict

A wide-open event in which narrow preference is for WARRIOR'S DANCE, who struggled in a better contest latest but scored by 12 lengths at this level the time before. She is not the most reliable, though, and the likes of Brockolini and Nub, who are both on a double, will be ready to pounce if the selection fluffs her lines.
