Pira Palace broke her duck at the sixth time of asking at Leicester last month and should be taken seriously again off this 5lb higher mark. However, it could pay to stick with EVOKE, who improved for the switch to handicap company when opening her account over 6f at Yarmouth earlier this month and there could be more to come, so a 4lb rise may not be enough to halt Jeremy Noseda's filly if she acts on the all-weather surface. Distance winner Jubilee Diamond rates best of the rest.

High Time Too is an interestingly-bred High Chaparral filly and the booking of Jamie Spencer suggests connections are confident as she makes her debut. Gabrial The Tyrant also makes plenty of appeal on breeding and he's taken to leave a moderate Pontefract debut on testing ground behind, but CLOSE TOGETHER displayed some improvement at Warwick earlier this month and it is interesting that connections turn to Paul Hanagan for her first start on the all-weather surface.

BOUDOIR would appear to save her better performances for the all-weather surface and the C&D winner has plenty going for under a nice weight in this claimer. She was seen exploiting 69 here in a handicap in May and Ian Williams' representative should regain the winning thread if in a similar mood. Elsewhere, the experienced Zomerlust is well treated and arrives in good nick, while Spin Again is no stranger to success around here and could be on offer at a generous price.

This is very much Sir Michael Stoute's time of year and PERSEPOLIS is taken to leave a moderate Yarmouth debut behind. The Dansili colt finished a well-beaten fifth on heavy ground on that occasion, but if punters are willing to forgive him that effort, he may just reward them at a nice price. Lilac Tree makes most appeal of Mahmood Al Zarooni's pair following his pleasing start at Wolverhampton last month, but Price Is Truth cannot be overlooked along with the newcomer Tebbit.

He was impressive when winning his maiden by six lengths over this trip at Wolverhampton last time and an opening mark of 86 doesn't look beyond him. Dr Yes make his handicap debut following an impressive maiden success at Bath 32 days ago and must be respected, as must each of Goldolphin's three representatives, Muntasir, Representation and Anjaz.

Dozy Joe has been knocking on the door and looks sure to be in the mix once again, but ROY THE BOY edges the vote stepping back up to a mile. Recent efforts over 7f at Wolverhampton have been plenty encouraging and Ryan Moore riding for the first time this afternoon catches the eye. Srinagar Girl has been placed in both starts on the all-weather thus far and merits a place on the shortlist.
