Verdict

MIND MAP relocates from the Western Cape and showed good pace in his penultimate so could enjoy this track. He drops in trip but has gate one and could be up to the task. GOOD LIVING is overdue and will win races. He too should go well on the poly on running style and races for a yard in good nick. MO KING was beaten in a close finish over the course and distance in his penultimate start. He had excuses on the turf last time and must be respected. RIVER DANCE is well-bred but hasn't sparked on turf. He could show a lot more on the poly. CAPPELLINO should be in the money.

Not much form to go on and it could be the right opportunity for DEE DAY to open her account. She has run some decent races from the front but is racing after a break. RUN FOR PEACE and SILVER QUILL haven't done badly and have room for good improvement. First-timers have been allotted the first three barriers and any one could take advantage. MERITORIOUS and MOCHA BLEND are Ideal World fillies that should go ground but won't need to be top class to win it. Verdict

MAGMA MAGIC has done everything but win in his last three starts. He showed good resolve after dictating last time and could appreciate the poly even if racing after a rest. There are many with room for big improvement. Well-related PRINCE FLORIAN and FIRELIGHTER (improved after gelding) both ran on nicely last time and there may not be much to choose between them again. PRICELESS PEARL and BRAVE BOMBER (gate one) showed good pace last time and both look to have somewhat more to come.
