Most of these have been picking up regular place money but CHEVISE did oblige on her penultimate outing here and held her form well next time when a good second to Panther Patrol at Newbury. She has no secrets from the assessor but should give another solid account. Lucky Di, in fair form on her last four starts, should also be in the shake-up over her optimum trip, whilst Freddy With A Y rates a contender under an in-form Hector Crouch.

Top Tip: Chevise (6)
Watch out for: Lucky Di (2)

Lucky Di is only 1 lb higher than when landing this race last year and might be worth siding with to repeat the feat on the back of some decent efforts of late. The thriving Chevise looks next best ahead of the Richard Hannon pair Fair Ranger and Lindart.

Silver Ranger has gone close to breaking his maiden more than once and cannot be ignored for the Hannon yard who declared five at the entry stage. Sir Michael Stoute's Dartmouth is a choicely-bred newcomer who needs to be kept on the right side, but BEST OF TIMES shaped with distinct promise on debut in a useful-looking maiden at Newmarket's July meeting and can progress sufficiently to score, especially with better ground highly likely to augment his claims.

Watch out for: Silver Ranger (10)

Cajoling looks harshly treated and ARETHUSA makes more appeal off an acceptable mark for her handicap debut after a smooth Newmarket success last month. She looks progressive. Persun, runner-up on four of her five starts, must be a leading player once more, along with the consistent Gleneely Girl. However, it's worth risking a saver (should prices allow) on Lady Mascot. She's yet to make the frame in three starts but showed much more last time and inhabits a very tempting mark.

Watch out for: Lady Mascot (8)

Quite an interesting nursery. Persun's recent Newmarket second appeals as solid form, but maiden winners Sallabeh and Arethusa both appear to have been allotted fair marks and may be the ones to focus on, with the latter narrowly preferred.

Most have some sort of chance but MOMAYYAZ created a good impression when quickening up smartly to put her field to the sword on just her second start in the style of a filly open to considerable improvement. She's preferred to the similarly progressive Rekdhat, who recently landed a decent contest at Windsor, and Hiking, winner of three of six starts and arguably unlucky when not receiving the smoothest passage here last time in a competitive handicap at the Glorious meeting.

Watch out for: Rekdhat (5)

Quite a useful contest. Psychometry caught the eye when meeting plenty of trouble in the Sandringham at Royal Ascot and is worth another chance to show what she can do off this mark having run respectably in a listed event since. The steadily progressive Rekdhat is an obvious danger, while Hiking should find this a little easier than the race she ran in here last time.

Moscato is hard to assess on the evidence of a recent Nottingham success, when, like many yard inmates, he improved dramatically for a major step-up in trip. However, he failed to travel smoothly at any stage before getting on top late on and it'll be interesting to see how he performs here. Arcamante finished ahead of FREDERIC CHOPIN latest but the latter wasn't at his best that day and has strong claims on a previous close second over 1m6f at Sandown.

Watch out for: Moscato (2)

Hard to get away from Moscato, who looks a typical Prescott improver and appears to have been found an ideal opportunity to follow up his Nottingham success. Karl Burke's Arcamente shaped quite well last time and looks the main danger.
