As De Mee is 8lb higher than when scoring in the Grand Sefton earlier this season but he was disappointing when pulling-up at Cheltenham last month and needs to take a forward step in order to figure. Preference is instead for KILCREA VALE, who has run two solid races since going chasing and receives 3lb from the first-named this afternoon. Both Rock Gone and Winner Massagot are going the right way and cannot be ruled out either.
KILCREA VALE has made a promising start over fences, losing nothing in defeat at Market Rasen last month, and he remains one to be positive about in this sphere. Grand Sefton winner As De Mee, who is smart on his day, is a clear danger.

KING OF GLORY struck over 2m4f at Warwick in December and is expected to improve on his Sandown second last time now cutting back in trip. Johns Luck is only 3lb higher than when scoring over the extended 2m3f at Plumpton in January and landed minor money off this mark at Huntingdon last time out. He has strong claims once again, while a big run from The Geegeez Geegee, who steps back up in trip after scoring off 5lb lower over 2m1f at Fontwell, is also anticipated.
ROTHMAN has generally been running well in more competitive handicaps than this and he could take advantage of this drop in class. The Geegeez Geegee landed a gamble last time and he can go well again off 5 Ib higher with this longer trip no problem.

LIL ROCKERFELLER rarely runs a bad race but was disappointing on New Year's Day when unplaced in the Relkeel Hurdle behind Agrapart at Cheltenham. However, he returned a sick horse from that performance so a line can be put straight through that. Neil King's charge returns to retain the crown he won 12 months ago and, if back on song, will prove the one to beat again with most of his rivals having questions to answer. Different Gravey returns hurdling after a lacklustre display at Cheltenham in December and needs to justify his rating of 160, while stablemate L'ami Serge flattered to deceive once again at Haydock when not fully going through with his effort. Perhaps the main danger could well be Adrien Du Pont, who was travelling well when unseating in the Relkeel and could have more improvement to come, while Le Rocher is in good heart and shouldn't be inconvenienced by better ground.

MON PARRAIN failed to put his best foot forward at Taunton on his seasonal return but he's entitled to come on for the run and appeals as the class act in the race. Current Exchange was ninth in the Foxhunter Chase at last year's Festival and is feared most after turning in a fair effort between the flags last time. According To Trev needs to leave behind his recent effort in order to figure but has back class in abundance and it would come as no surprise to see him pop up.
MON PARRAIN didn't quite come up to expectations at Taunton on reappearance, but he's simply a lot better than his rivals, so this looks like something of a formality if avoiding mishap. GREYED A is fitted with first-time cheekpieces as he bids to improve on his latest effort at Ludlow and is expected to improve for this drop in trip. Third Act was well beaten over fences at Wincanton last month but is interesting now sent back over hurdles. Recent Plumpton winner Ding Ding is 7lb higher than when scoring over the extended 2m4f at Plumpton and could also take a hand now stepped up slightly in trip.
All was possibly not well with GREYED A at Ludlow in January, and he remains a low-mileage handicapper for a shrewd yard. The application of cheekpieces may well help and he earns the vote to bounce back. Third Act and the likeable Ding Ding are others to consider.

The former ran with promise despite showing greenness at Musselburgh when runner-up to Drops Of Jupitor, but preference goes to the Gary Moore newcomer LARRY, a half-brother to both Mr Thriller and Cheltenham Festival winner Gaspara, who should be forward enough to himself justice at a track the yard have a decent record at. Golden Sunrise is another well-bred individual coming from the family of 2005 Gold Cup winner Kicking King and is worthy of consideration.
This looks an above-average bumper with SLIDING DOORS and Puppet Warrior setting a fairly useful standard, the former marginally preferred. Well-bred newcomers Golden Sunrise and Larry need keeping an eye on.
