Chicago Alley is respected and Bobby Bullock makes the shortlist but a tentative verdict goes the way of CATCH THE RASCAL. She has been raised 7lb for her win over this C&D earlier this month but a reproduction of that effort would probably make her a leading player.
Catch The Rascal jumped better when winning here last time and a reproduction would see her go well once again. Kap West and Chicago Alley come here on the back of good runs and might prove best of the rest.

DOCTOR RIC comes into this in good heart and there is every reason to expect another bold bid from him this evening, while Olympian is rated 15lb lower over fences than over hurdles and he can make his presence felt if getting it all together here. The Boss would probably prefer a stiffer test but he could still get involved and Ban Uisce could also take a hand if putting his best foot forward.
Doctor Ric remains relatively unexposed over fences and is taken to add to last month's C&D victory. Ban Uisce could be a threat if keeping the errors down back over fences, with Border Station another to make the shortlist.

BALLYHILTY BRIDGE shaped with promise on his first outing under NH rules at Newton Abbot last month and he might not have to step up too much on that effort to play a leading role here. It's Ruby showed glimmers of ability in bumpers and although she was well beaten on her hurdles debut, she was not disgraced and has claims here. Charlies Lady might be worth a second glance on her hurdling bow.
A race that won't take much winning, and whilst Ballyhilty Bridge sets the standard, it is hardly an exacting one. A chance, therefore, is taken on Presenting Paddy, who ought to do better now upped in trip and is bred to do better over obstacles.

BAILY STORM is rated 22lb lower over fences than over hurdles and although his form over fences last year was uninspiring, he has won three times over larger obstacles and he is a very interesting contender on his return to action here. Double Chocolate comes into this in good form and he will be expected to give another good account while Pairc Na Gcapall, runner-up at Huntingdon last time, can also get involved.
Orion Star took this last year and is only 3 lb higher than when following up over C&D next time. He'll be much sharper for a pipe-opener at Towcester, and is taken to get the better of Double Chocolate and Inishrush.

Jawhary is also respected and confidence behind Cap Elorn, on his first run for Lawney Hill, would be interesting. However, in a wide open contest, STARSKY DES MOTTES makes plenty of appeal. He has shown some ability in his three runs over hurdles to date and could be capable of better now tackling handicap company for the first time.
Jawhary may still have more to come for this stable and can put his latest Towcester blip behind him. Cap Elorn and Stentorian are both making their handicap debut and have the potential to show significant improvement.

A very tricky finale. Marju King got the better of Sunny Spells when scoring at Uttoxeter over 2m5f last week and, off just 1lb worse terms, he will be fancied to confirm that form. Dalrymple is respected on his return to action with Rivermouth and Rocky Ryan also on the shortlist. CONVERTI was well beaten at Worcester last time but he had run well at Newton Abbot prior to that and a return to that form would give him a chance here.
Not as competitive as the numbers suggest, given the majority of these are out of form. Rocky Ryan is respected if all is well after pulling up sharply at Plumpton in April, but Marju King and Sunny Spells come here in great heart following a good battle at Uttoxeter last week and the former is taken to confirm his superiority.
