Albert Bartlett winner KILBRICKEN STORM looks one of the most exciting individuals to go chasing this season. He bounced back from a disappointing effort in the Challow Hurdle to win at Cheltenham, beating the likes of OK Corral and Santini, and followed up with a fine effort behind Next Destination at Punchestown. Mulcahys Hill was second in the aforementioned Challow Hurdle behind Poetic Rhythm, but that effort seemed to bottom him out and a summer break will surely have benefited him. Others to consider include Samuel Jackson, Grade 2-placed over hurdles at Doncaster, and Steely Addition, who was progressive in handicap hurdles and can make up into a decent chaser.

ACEY MILAN was arguably England's leading bumper horse last season having continually improved from his debut effort when beaten by Volcano, who reopposes, at Exeter last October. A winner of two Listed bumpers, including at Newbury when beating some exciting individuals, he was sent off favourite for the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham, where he ran well to finish fourth behind Relegate, and this step up in trip looks in his favour.
