SHE'S CRAFTY was noted finishing strongly for fifth over the minimum trip at Nottingham last time. The daughter of Starman has improved with every start so far, and it seems reasonable to expect further progress from Jack Morland's filly returning to 6f for her nursery debut. Wojtek struggled in a valuable sales race at York, but this will likely prove more his level, while Red Savitar gets a change of headgear and may improve.
SHE'S CRAFTY looks potentially well treated on the back of her last effort in a decent Novice at Nottingham, she probably wants further than the 5f and gets that here and ran well with cut. Next best is Wojtek who drops back from a hot Class 2 handicap at York into Nursery company, after underwhelming there can do better in calmer waters here with first-time blinkers added. Red Savitar also has first time headgear with the addition of a visor, he has been eased 3lb again and may be becoming well treated.

Diamondsinthesand landed a classified contest over C&D recently, although Red Walls was beaten only a neck in second. The latter may well turn the tables on these more favourable terms, but PUNCHBOWL FLYER could prove the one to side with. John O'Shea's charge arrives in fine fettle, having won over 6f at Chepstow last month and run well in defeat twice since, and he can resume winning ways.
PUNCHBOWL FLYER stays in 0-60 company here but surely he will be above this level soon, formerly triple rated and started last year at a mark of 80, he is now off 59 and arrives in good form, the ground will be in favour and he will be tough to beat back over 6f. Diamondsinthesand has won his last two over CD, he has also won here on testing ground off higher marks, so looks to be the biggest challenger to the pick. In behind him in his penultimate start was Rock N It, who has been eased 2lb after that decent effort here, he was well backed last time when third at Wolverhampton so has place claims once more.

SAGREMOR finished a promising fifth in a valuable conditions race at Deauville on his debut last month and that form was boosted when the runner-up subsequently won a maiden at Ascot. Ice Cube faced a tougher test at York on his introduction a couple of weeks ago and improvement is expected from him, while Spanish Waltz is a newcomer to note.
SAGREMOR should improve for his opening effort in a decent race at Deauville which has brought a winner at Ascot on Saturday since. The yard is going well and he is well bred so looks a good opportunity to win. Malachy's Wish ran well despite meeting traffic at Southwell on debut, he's upped in trip here and should be improving significantly from that effort. There are a couple of debutants to keep an eye on in the betting with Spanish Waltz and Angelic Rascal looking interesting, both from top yards.

BUCK BARROW put his underwhelming eighth at Bath well behind him when second over 1m4f here last month and is just 3lb higher. The three-year-old arguably brings the best recent form to the table and looks the one to beat. Wyld Bill struck by a nose at Newcastle in June and if transferring that form to turf, he could have a say. Racing Demon sports a first-time visor and isn't ruled out either.
Four time CD winner ZAMBEZI MAGIC hasn't won for 12 months, that was the last time he encountered heavy ground at this track and he is now 3lb lower than that success so has obvious claims at a track he loves. Racing Demon has been a close second in three of his last four starts, including here and is well treated. First-time visor is reached for here to eke out more and turn those seconds into a win. Vellner is too well handicapped to ignore and showed signs he could be ready to return to form here last time.

The unexposed GNOMON had plenty in hand when winning over an extended 1m3f at Haydock on Friday and Ralph Beckett's gelding can defy a 5lb penalty on the quick turnaround. Mighty Bandit also scored on his most recent outing and should not be underestimated, although this is more demanding. Cases can be made for all of the remainder, but Maxident is the pick of them.
GNOMON took advantage of a lenient opening mark when winning easily on handicap debut and a 5lb rise looks manageable to back up and win again here if taking to conditions. Sofian got off the mark over C&D a month ago and has to be noted as a result. That said, a 3lb rise demands more from him and preference is for GOLDEN PHARAOH. Scott Dixon's gelding showed improvement when third over a mile at Doncaster last time and makes plenty of appeal off 1lb lower. Lhebayeb and Queen Of Good News complete the shortlist.
SOFIAN is well fancied to back up his first win with another back at the same track, she has previous form with cut and goes well here so can back that up from a 3lb rise in the weights. Happy Chandler is one of many in with chances in behind, in what looks a really open race. We can put a line through his latest run given the slow start, he was in decent form prior and handles cut so should bounce back. Lhebayeb has already won three times this year and has winning form in testing conditions so is well worth keeping on side of in this kind of test.
