Jeremy Gask's SASHEEN was edged out by just a head over 1m at Windsor last time but now stepped up to this longer trip may be capable of defying a 3lb rise in the weights. Glyn Ceiriog handles cut in the ground and looks the main danger now equipped with a first-time visor, off a mark only 1lb higher than when a close third at Haydock latest. The lightly-raced Carinya looks handicapped to go close and is another to consider.
Ashkalara was unsuited by a steady pace last time but there are a few front runners in this line-up and she can get back on track. The unexposed Carinya can go close if breaking on terms, whilst Epernay is another possible now eased slightly in grade.

BATELEUR can be given another chance after bumping into an enterprisingly-ridden winner at Yarmouth last week and warrants respect off a 2lb higher rating. Till Dawn usually gives his running and has been given a little bit of help from the assessor now eased 1lb in the ratings. The lightly-raced Harvest Mist makes most appeal of the remainder now she is making her handicap debut and is dropped back to this shorter trip.
Bateleur and Welcome Approach can usually be relied upon to give their running at this venue, but a chance is taken on the well-handicapped El Dececy back down in trip.

RODE TWO DESTINY ran with promise here on debut when third over 5f and is taken to improve upon that effort with the benefit of that experience behind her and now granted this extra yardage. There is likely better to come from Henry Candy's Larwood, who has failed to sparkle to date but is related to several winners and is in the care of a trainer that does well with his sprinters. King's Ciel is another with place claims.
King's Ciel and Larwood are the form picks, but they are vulnerable to anything remotely progressive. Rode Two Destiny and Red Bay shaped with promise on their debuts and could well improve past the pair of them.

Roger Varian's representative went down fighting over 1m7f at Warwick latest and could gain compensation here, despite a 3lb rise in the weights. Course winner Dark And Dangerous looks worth a try at this longer trip and completes the shortlist.
Native Colony and Dark And Dangerous are likely to have more to offer now having their stamina drawn out further and that pair could prove too strong for Schism.

SHEER VANITY has shaped with plenty of promise on her two starts to date and with underfoot conditions are likely to suit Ed McMahon's juvenile, she is taken to make it third time lucky. Exceedance disappointed favourite backers in May but the winner, Fulbright, hasn't done that form any harm while Yeeoow is another interesting quantity as the Holy Roman Emperor colt seems to be getting the hang of things.
Exceedance looked an exciting prospect on his debut and, though he has been off since May, he is taken to see off Sheer Vanity and Yeeoow.

TEGAN is most certainly a filly on an upward curve and taking a drop in trip here, the Richard Hannon charge makes plenty of appeal at the forecast prices. Course form also bodes well and she remains well treated at the weights off 67. Gale Green is a well-bred track and trip winner but appears to have it all to do under top weight while the improving Ninfea is worth a second look.
