HENNY'S HEART impressively opened her account over track and trip last time and, with that confidence booster under her belt, she will be well fancied to follow up. Youcan'tcatchme and Quality Lass are most feared.
I Want You To Know (second) was half a length in front of MYSTICIAN (fourth) when that pair met over 6 1/2f here last month but the form can be reversed tonight, with the latter likely to improve most for this step up in trip. National Security looks next best.
POETIC KID won nicely over track and trip last time and is taken to repeat the dose. Pure Blue Sky wasn't stopping over 6 1/2f latest and shouldn't by inconvenienced by this step up in trip, while Sky Dreamer certainly isn't out of it either.
POOL PLAY produced an impressive turn of foot when landing the 2011 Grade 1 Stephen Foster Handicap at Churchill Downs and, although he hasn't been seen since, he should be good enough to return with a win. Stunning Stag and Bear's Chill could fight out the minor placings.
ROCKET WARNING made a promising start to his racing career when runner-up over track and trip in May and, with improvement expected, he gets the vote to go one better. Jimmyisintheforest and Chombo appear to be his biggest dangers.
CURLING ROCKS showed a likeable attitude when striking over 7f here latest and could take some stopping if in the same mood this evening. Executive Club and King City are others worthy of consideration.
A chance is taken on HATHAWAY, who appeared to be taken off her feet when tried at 5f last time but had run out an impressive winner over this trip previously. Charming Thunder and Valorem could be others worth noting.
JENNA'S WABBIT was impressive when landing the Bold Ruckus Stakes over track and trip last month and, entitled to strip fitter for that first start since November, he can strike again. Incredicat rates his biggest threat, from the Brian Williamson-trained Fastestwhogetspaid.
TAPIT'S BREW has impressively notched up a hat-trick in the last couple of months and is fancied to extend his winning sequence here. Among the dangers are Bigstormbrewin' and Forestador.
BILBY RHODE left his debut performance well behind when a close fifth over track and trip latest and, with further improvement on the cards, he could reverse placings with Gold Book and Fatherforgiveme (who finished third and fourth in that race) and hit the target. That pair are still respected, however, while Readyman certainly isn't out of it either.
