ARTHUR MCBRIDE has shown improved form recently and, although the son of Royal Anthem was beaten last time when favourite at Cartmel, the step back up in distance should be of benefit in a fairly weak handicap for the grade. A newcomers bumper with very little to go off but preference goes to MATTS LEGACY who comes from a decent National Hunt family and has the assistance of Richard Johnson in the saddle.
