GHOST SHIP (blowing last time) was supported in both his starts but disappointed. He can only improve. BLACK EGRET wasn't far back in all 3 starts at Kenilworth and could enjoy a change in scenery. FULL GO could pick up another stake cheque. Verdict

Four of the seven runners are top stayers and look likely to fight it out. ARUMUGAM was tried over the marathon distance recently and showed his true potential, winning both with ease. He finished two lengths in front of MARCHINGONTOGETHER who now gets 2kg. The latter was also beaten a head by ZEUS on another occasion and also receives 2kg. SHANGANI last raced when winning the Gold Cup at the end of July and races in his new yard. If ready will make them gallop. IMPERIAL RUBY will ensure a decent pace.

BIG BURN will be hot favourite to capture the World Sports Betting Tommy Hotspur Stakes (Grade 3) over 1000m. She is bang in form and should complete a hat-trick. Year younger KARANGETANG only receives 1.5kg from her and could battle to overtake her. Stablemate BON VIVANT, however, did well sporting blinkers and should make a race of it. Good race. WOKONDA finished 3 lengths in front of PRINCESS PHILIPPA (3kg better) and 3.25 lengths ahead of ETERNITY RING (3.5kg better) - they should get a lot closer together. BUREAU DES LEGENDE beat EMERALD PRINCESS by 1.25 lengths and is 1kg worse off and before that beat WOKONDA by 2.50 lengths and is better off.
