PORT NAVAS was beaten by under a length over the extended 2m5f at Fontwell when last sighted and could take a 5lb rise in his stride now stepped back up in distance. Song Of The Night attracted support prior to finishing runner-up over this trip at Towcester latest and should be thereabouts at the finish once again, though the main danger may be That's Gonna Sting, who is unpenalised for his seven-length romp in a conditional jockeys' contest at Ludlow.
THAT'S GONNA STING was confidently ridden when seeing off a well-handicapped rival at Ludlow 11 days ago and given he escapes a penalty for that success, he rates a solid proposition. Song of The Night, Yur Next and Port Navas can give the selection most to think about.

CLIC WORK scored with plenty to spare over the extended 2m here last time out and is expected to remain competitive in the face of a 7lb rise. C&D winner Winning Spark was far from disgraced when runner-up over 2m4f at Wincanton on his most recent start and is the one expected to put up most resistance, although Alexander The Grey could feasibly better his latest effort in a maiden hurdle at Huntingdon now sent handicapping and could also take a hand.
WINNING SPARK was unlucky to bump in to one well ahead of its mark on return at Wincanton last month, yet that was his best effort to date also, and with his consistency an asset he gets the nod to go one place better. TINKER TIME left behind a tame reappearance run at Chepstow when landing minor money over 3m at Ascot last time and rates the one to beat this afternoon, despite this drop back in trip. Notarfbad is 7lb higher than his last winning chase mark but could be the one to put up most resistance as Astre De La Cour is nicely treated relative to his best hurdles form but struggled to take to the chasing game at Uttoxeter last term.
TINKER TIME appeals as the most solid option on the back of his good second off this mark at Ascot last month. Astre de La Cour arrives out of form but is having only his second start over fences and is lurking on a dangerous mark on the pick of his hurdles form.
