The consistent Billyvoddan kept on bravely to deny KING KILLONE at Doncaster last time but Henrietta Knight's lightly-raced gelding is 3lbs better off today and may be better suited by this stiff track. Rebel Rhythm has won three of his five starts over hurdles and is a worthy top weight, while Classic Capers' Catterick win is working out well. One Cornetto has lost his way lately but could make the frame if recapturing his best.

Aristoxene won by a distance at Haydock last time and is less exposed than his rivals. He should go close if staying this longer trip. Boy's Hurrah had an excellent record here prior to his C&D fall latest and it would be no surprise if he bounced back, while The Kew Tour is due a change of luck. PECCADILLO ran a blinder at his last attempt at 3m, however, and it could be worth overlooking recent efforts over shorter. He is normally a much better jumper than enigmatic top weight Inca Trail.

MCBAIN is weighted to overturn January's Kempton form with Crossbow Creek and this consistent six-year-old can deservedly take this big prize ahead of easy Musselburgh winner Far Pavilions. Stance landed a touch at Newbury last week and can't be left out of calculations, despite a 13lbs higher mark, while the Nicholls' pair Monte Cinto and Chockdee should also be thereabouts. Winsley disappointed here last time but his stable is in better form now.
