Verdict

MILL SIDE looked one for future reference when making a highly encouraging debut over C&D in January and with that effort entitled to have brought him forward, Sue Smith's charge is taken to get off the mark at the expense of Mirage Dore. The latter has proved a model of consistency and can go close again, with Killyglen also respected.

Verdict

It was hard not to have been impressed with the way STAR PLAYER jumped when making a stylish winning chasing debut at Carlisle last month and he is fancied to add to that success today. Stagecoach Opal has been knocking on the door of late and is sure to make his presence felt again, with Ellerslie George another expected to figure.
