Red Force One had many of these behind when landing a similar contest over course and distance earlier this month and despite disappointing on the Flat since, has to be towards the top of the shortlist off a 5lb higher mark. Brandon Castle and Highly Prized, fourth and fifth respectively in that contest, have gone from strength to strength since, the former landing a pair of track-and-trip events, while the latter was only a neck away from back-to-back Stratford victories recently. Swaffham Bulbeck has been beating all before him in the north and the hat-trick seeker is respected, with Charlie Longsdon's Beyond The Clouds another arriving in the very best of order. However, a chance is taken on MARINE ONE, who made it two wins from two for Dr Richard Newland at Sedgefield last month and the course-and-distance scorer is interesting now pitched into handicap company with Cillin Leonard and his 7lb claim employed in the saddle.
