Brendas Asking has faced uphill tasks in Grade 2 company in recent months and she must enter calculations reverting to class 4 company, more so with Nathan Andrews taking a hefty 10lb off her back. However, MORE COKO is better than last month's 20-length defeat over an extended 2m4f at Plumpton and he is slightly more compelling. Willie Mullins' gelding ran too keen and this 2m distance should see an improved display. Don't Mind If I Do is also noted.
More Coko is likely to prove popular for the title chasing Willie Mullins but the form of his victories have had knocks and he may find the ground on the quick side. Getting weight from that rival class dropper BRENDAS ASKING may be the better option. She has an experience edge on her rivals and wasn't disgraced in a strong Warfield on her penultimate start. Maiden winner Don't Mind If I Do can complete the tricast on return from a break.

KITESURFER clearly wasn't at his best when finishing seventh at Huntingdon 197 days ago and may be worth chancing on his return to action. The six-year-old had previously looked progressive when scoring at Worcester and he looks capable of more. The Bold Thady was a respectable fourth at Ascot in November and Neil Mulholland's charge must be monitored in the betting. Mikimoto appears best of the remainder.
DOCTOR MIDAS has caught the eye on his last couple of runs under tender handling and gets to start life in handicaps off a generous mark. He's already proven on good ground and over 3m so should go close if ridden more positively. A step up in trip brought about an improved performance from TOMMYS CHARM when finishing a close-up second over 3m1f at Wincanton in January. VARINIA showed improvement when sporting cheekpieces for the first time to fill the runner-up spot at Fakenham at the start of the month. Stuart Edmunds's six-year-old was put up 6lb for that effort, but looks to have found a winnable contest to defy that rise. Versace Twentyone finished second in maiden company at Hereford last month and could have more to offer on only his second handicap outing. Manala looks best of the rest.
MANALA has been steadily progressing and caught the eye last time where she finished well under tender handling. This step up in trip should suit and she can take advantage of a lenient opening mark. Rockola failed in her hat trick bid last time but she failed to stay 3m that day and will appreciate this drop in trip. Versace Twentyone is yet to add to her bumper win but arrives in form and can fight for a place once more.

CAPTAIN TOMMY failed to complete the hat-trick when well beaten into second at Kempton earlier in the month, but he has three previous course successes to his name and can record another. Haven't Time finished a good second at Taunton before being pulled up in the Hunters' Chase at the Festival last month, but may be worth another chance. Yccs Portocervo is the pick of the remainder.
ASHTOWN LAD has been out of form for some time but the former Becher winner drops significantly in grade on return from a lay off and his yard has a good record in this discipline. He is taken to account for course specialist Captain Tommy who arrives in form and is entitled to be thereabouts if his stamina holds up over this longer trip. Yccs Portocervo is another with stamina concerns but he will find this much easier than his last outing at Aintree and isn't ruled out.

THE EGYPTIAN GINGE took a big leap forward from his first start under Rules to finish a close fourth at big odds at Kempton last month and is likely to have more improvement in him. Point-to-point winner Jorah D'alma changed hands for 75,000 pounds in May last year and has to be considered on his first outing in a bumper. Uptown Lass and Madajovy can fight it out for the minor honours.
An open race which could go to the experienced THE EGYPTIAN GINGE. He took a big step forward last time in a strong contest where he appeared suited by the quicker ground. If replicating that he ought to go close. Not At That Price shaped with plenty of promise on debut despite racing freely and rates a big threat if building on that. Jorah d'Alma was a point winner and has joined a yard with a good record in bumpers. He will be of interest if supported in the betting.
