POINT OF LIGHT was a costly purchase out of the Sir Mark Prescott stable and his fourth at Gowran Park suggested there are races to be won with him in this sphere. Daly is another Flat recruit who can build on a satisfactory jumping bow, while Kieran Purcell applies blinkers to Are You The One, but he is exposed as little better than useful and it will be disappointing if there isn't anything better than him in this field.
A weak race which looks a straight match between Are You The One and Point of Light. The former seems to have gone off the boil since winning here in December and will have his work cut out to give 7 lb to Point of Light. Deuce is the most interesting of the newcomers and is the token choice to take third.

FINAL QUESTION earned a 116 rating with his chasing debut success and if that is a reliable indication of the form he is in, he should take this off 105. Knockabrack Vic is another last-start Clonmel scorer and her confidence will be high now she has broken through under Rules. Red Basil is another who arrives here on the back of a success, although the 'bounce' factor is something to keep in mind as that was his first outing for the best part of 18 months.
Red Basil is interesting, but there are a number of appealing alternatives, none more so that C&D winner Night Alliance, who will be a major player if bouncing back from a below-par effort last time. Recent chase winner Final Question and Rockers Field both enter calculations, too.

ROMANESCO was odds-on to beat Champion Bumper candidate Up Ou That on his first start for Henry de Bromhead and although he was put in his place on that occasion, that effort, as well as his subsequent third over timber at Fairyhouse, marks him down as the one to beat. King Maker is another recruit from between the flags and despite being beaten on his only previous run under Rules, he has time on his side and can't be written off yet.
This looks a good opportunity for Romanesco to get off the mark. King Maker could prove most troublesome if translating his point form to this sphere, while Mountain Pride is the best of the rest.

There's little in the way of recent winning form to go by, but Carlowsantana has hit the crossbar on his last two appearances and will be on the premises again. That said, he is creeping up the weights and that could pave the way clear for KEATS DREAM to open her jumping account. Her third to Red Basil was a definite improvement on everything else she has done over jumps. Inamalabalusaloon is open to progression on his handicap debut and, like Braddock, there should be more to come from him.
Carlowsantana isn't one for the mortgage (still a maiden) but he will surely go mighty close here if reproducing the form of his last 2 efforts. Morereadythanilook and Royal Rhythm are viable each-way alternatives.

An intriguing end to proceedings, not least because it involves three last-start scorers, including Sunshine Haven, who ploughed through the mud to win impressively at Clonmel. Less testing conditions are in prospect here, however, and OILILY has proven form on better ground. She can defy an absence, but Our Girl Salley bids to atone for a course defeat here and is a definite danger, while Moi Desire merits respect if she can recapture the form of her Wexford debut.
Our Girl Salley is preferred to Sunshine Haven and Oilily, although it wouldn't be a surprise to see any one of that trio come out on top in what has the makings of a competitive bumper.
