On paper, this looks a slightly easier event and normal improvement should see her go very close. Bargy Lady holds Awayinthewest on their Fairyhouse clash earlier in the month and she looks certain to be in the shake-up, while Toe The Line, representing last year's winning trainer, is a dual Listed winner on the Flat and should be winning one of these sooner rather than later.

It could be a case of third time lucky for CAPITAL FORCE, who made a debut full of promise at Fairyhouse before finishing fourth behind the high-class Bacardys over 2m here. Willie Mullins has won the last three runnings of this race and he has another outstanding chance with YORKHILL this time around. Last season's Neptune Novices' Hurdle winner was pretty faultless on his chasing debut at Fairyhouse, apart from jumping slightly left on occasions, and he should have few problems doubling up with a clear round of jumping. The seven-year-old son of Presenting really could be anything at this stage and can readily see off former stablemate Gangster and Anibale Fly, who never looked happy at Kempton last time, before heading back to Cheltenham in March to tackle either the Arkle or JLT Novices Chase.

Sutton Manor has proved frustrating to follow overall and is tough to offer another opportunity to despite the current hot streak of Gordon Elliott in such contests, while stablemate Woodford Island is another who can be difficult to catch right. Mydor has been dropped 2lb and tries a new headgear combination under Davy Russell for the first time and any market support for him would be interesting, but preference is for DIAMOND CAUCHOIS, who has Ruby Walsh on board and shaped well at Fairyhouse when second earlier this month. Andrew McNamara has introduced some nice bumper types in recent weeks and the booking of Patrick Mullins for his latest entrant BIENNIAL is intriguing to say the least. A son of Bienamado, the five-year-old was a relatively cheap purchase from the sales in 2015 for 10,000 euros but he is related to a host of winners over both Flat and jumps. Imperial Way has been unfortunate to bump into the likes of Getabird and Bunk off Early in two decent career efforts this season, while Bakmaj was second to the well-regarded Carter McKay last time out and natural improvement would see him go close.
