FLORENCIO and Acrux both make a fair amount of appeal on their first outings for Jamie Osborne with the pair, like so many racing here, bought after their latest starts. The clear preference, though, goes to the former due to the handicapper using their turf marks, and the son of Equiano could potentially be a handicap blot with his all-weather mark in the UK being a stone higher. Lisa O'Neill takes an extremely valuable 3lb off which further boosts his chances. MY GOOD BROTHER is a course and distance winner and this is likely to have been on his agenda for quite some time. The nine-year-old returned to form when second at Dundalk last time and the booking of Colin Keane once more is certainly a positive. Pillar did it gamely when scoring at Bellewstown last time, while the reopposing Little Clarinet (second) and Guiding Star (third) both have ground to make up on that rival but should still run respectably.
