LADY MCGUFFY was touched off by just a neck off this mark over the extended 5f at Bath last time and is a potential improver now granted this extra yardage. C&D winner Canford Belle has dropped to within 1lb of her last winning rating and is the one expected to put up most resistance, though big runs from recent Doncaster second Geoff Potts and Inner Knowing, who landed minor money over 6f at Carlisle earlier in the month, would also come as no surprise.
