Captain Haddock hasn't done much wrong in his short career so far, showing up well for a long way on debut at Kempton before finishing third behind the talented Ocean Wind at Lingfield. This step up in trip could suit the three-year-old, and he is fancied to go well now tackling handicap company. River Icon returns to the Flat off a fair mark after finishing second over hurdles at Perth recently, but the hat-trick seeker TRUMPET MAN can take the beating. A further 6lb penalty isn't ideal, but he is progressive and has handled testing ground in the past.
