Verdict

CHANGING LANES proved popular in the betting before his handicap bow last month at Newton Abbot and produced an improved effort for his up-and-coming trainer when taking third behind Marigolds Way. This slight drop back in trip should suit and he is less-exposed than most of these rivals. Verdict

GRASP should prove hard to beat. The Gary Moore-trained selection was last seen over hurdles when finishing third in a stronger contest than this at Huntington back in March and can take advantage in this company. APOCALOZZO has proved a revelation since being switched to fences, winning twice including a race at this venue, and he's taken to reproduce his improvement back over hurdles today despite racing from 6lb out of the handicap. Sovereign Spirit is highly respected on the back of his near-miss over C&D, while Nod's Star could prove the best each-way alternative.
