American Dream'a is sure to be a popular choice dropping to this grade for the first time and she should be thereabouts, but SCENE N HEARD was runner-up over C&D last time in this grade and could go one better. Accepting would also have claims if putting her best foot forward.
Coupled pair Sumthintoyellabout and To Kil For appear to hold the aces here and indeed they should be tough to beat, but it might be worth opposing them with HALEY'S JOY who has been performing consistently well over C&D in recent months and might still have a little improvement left in her.
Behracuda put in his best effort yet over 5 1/2f here last time and can take a hand in the finish here, but SPORTIN' MAN faces his easiest task to date and is a confident selection. Pro Love has shown promise in recent workouts and is an interesting debutant.
All About Love is consistent at this level and should make her presence felt, but this can go to ZETA B who drops to this grade for the first time and has quite a bit in hand on recent form. Take The Rate holds his form quite well and should also play a part.
Paris Adventure got the better of Rappers Deelite by a cosy 2 1/2l over C&D last time and should be involved, but CASH ME OUT is on a hat-trick of C&D wins and, judging by the manner of his latest success, his run of form might be extended here.
This is tougher than the the C&D event KARAKORUM PLAYMATE won latest, but she scored on her first run at this venue with sufficient ease to suggest the outcome will be the same if she's in the same mood tonight. Celtic Kettle got the better of the re-opposing Sweet La Rizzi to fill the runner-up berth in a similar contest here last week and looks most likely to capitalise if the selection fluffs her lines.
Although The Zipster ran out a facile winner last time, this is tougher and it may be best to concentrate on the Mike Ferraro pair, GOLDISPRETTY and Baby Yaya. The latter looks ready for the step back up in class after sluicing home here last time out, but the safer option appears to be Dennis Carr's mount, just held in this grade latest and a model of consistency.
It's hard to look beyond TALKING TREASURE here. She landed two tougher events than this in good style before struggling in an even higher grade last time and should be too hot for these taking a marked drop in class. Bob's Dylan (completed a hat-trick last time), Motor City Mama (seeking a hat-trick tonight) and Michele The Great (impressive winner latest) all have their sights raised here but can fight it out for the silver medal.
TROPICAL DIM has clearly got the hang of things now and has got closer with each of his last three runs. He only missed out by a nose in a similar C&D event last time (Surprise Orders fourth) and can go one better tonight, but the downgraded Little Jacob will be no pushover. Star's Valentine is an interesting newcomer who should be monitored for support in the betting.
