L'WAR stepped up on his pleasing debut performance when collecting a bronze medal over slightly shorter here latest and, with further improvement on the cards, he could make it third time lucky. Spider Fan and Two And Twenty are others to note.
SOUND OF DRUMS won with plenty in hand over a similar trip here last time and he could take some stopping if in the same mood tonight. Bridge To Nowhere and Pura P T look to be his biggest dangers.
CLEAN JEAN should arrive full of confidence having won comfortably over a similar trip here latest and she is taken to hit the target again. Mom's Law and She's Fired Up also have claims.
TOUGH TALK lost little in defeat when a neck second over 5f here last time and she gets the vote to go one better tonight. Hook n' Eye was just over a length behind the selection that day (finishing third) and should give another good account, while Birdstrike certainly isn't out of it either.
NEW MANDATE stepped up on a couple of encouraging efforts to win going away over 6f here latest and, with this step up in trip not a concern, he could double up. Chardsey and Smart Farda are others worthy of consideration.
A few look to have chances here so MY HONEY LAURIE receives what is only a tentative vote. She has reached the frame in nine of her 12 starts so far this year (winning one) and another big run looks assured. G. A. Empress and Stoneridge make up the shortlist.
It could pay to side with DAYS OF LIGHTNING. He has been in cracking form recently and, with a record of one win and four placed efforts form six past visits here, it's difficult to envisage him not been in the shake-up again. Indian Reservation and Flagler Beach can also figure prominently.
SENORA DUBAI has crossed the line in front on four of her last five visits to the racetrack and she looks the most likely winner again this evening. Floating Alone and Lyndsea's Miss El could be left to fight out minor honours.
QUIET ON THE TEE is fancied to strike on his return. He gamely notched up a double at Mountaineer during the spring and recent workouts have been encouraging. Gurdarsh and Audies Champ are others to consider.
