EPIC LEGEND is taken to land the opener and follow-up his C&D victory last month. Another Senor rates the biggest danger judged on his recent second with Sea Fighter completing the shortlist.
An inside birth should suit TROUBLEINRIVERCITY's front-running style and the four-year-old is taken to land the hat-trick here. Bullnose Brick posted an improved effort last time and would be a danger if reproducing that, while Small Town shaped as if he was coming back to the boil the last day.
CAPELLA DANCER registered a deserved success here last month and may be able to follow that up tonight. Smitten By Gold and Sweet Hot Toddy both warrant respect, with the last-named just preferred for second place.
LOCAL LEGACY appeared to bump into a smart rival when finishing a dead-heated second recently, and now he drops in grade, he is fancied to atone for that defeat with victory here. El Grande Patron also looks dangerous in this grade, while Backcountry Boy was only narrowly denied last time.
AUDIES CHAMP failed to make the frame for the first time over this trip last month, but eased in grade slightly, he is fancied to get back to winning ways. Class Clown and The Ole Gen went close last time and deserve respect.
The market will provide a useful guide for this maiden, but PATRIOT STAR has shown enough ability to suggest he can get off the mark here. Gutsy Gras and Afuwa look big dangers.
SPECIAL ACTION has been in fine form of late and his turn appears to have come around now he has moved into claiming company. Motion To Appeal and Macho Muchacho both look dangerous dropping in class too.
MOTEGA has exhibited plenty of ability in the past and despite falling short the last twice, a change of scenery is expected to do her good and she can get off the mark on her first start at this track. There was little to separate Silky Me (third) and Kyla's Harmony (fourth) last time and they can be on the premises again.
LAST RUN has failed to deliver when backed into favouritism the last twice, but he has still shaped with promise and looks worthy of another try. Felons Only looks dangerous at this level, while Unbridled Band ran well in defeat last time.
NEARLY THERE isn't the easiest to win with but the return to 6f might see the seven-year-old get his head in front after an encouraging second last time. David Is Mad rates the biggest danger, while Wildcat Stevie is no forlorn hope at long odds.
