Verdict

REAL ADVISOR was a bit of a disappointment last time but surely has not made the trip from the Western Cape without some confidence from her connections. ROOIBOS ran well on the turf in her penultimate start. She did not repeat that effort last week but cannot be dismissed easily. JUST SO EASY usually shows good pace and is clearly not out of it. CARMELA deserves respect after some fair runs. URBAN OASIS might play a minor role.

Verdict

Some promising fillies go to post. Trainer Justin Snaith has his runners in very good form and GERTRUDE BELL has a winning chance. She was unlucky last time. Local filly SANTA THERESE is clearly decent but this will be a tougher task for her. SO FLAWLESS and BRAVE NEW WORLD are two more raiders from the Western Cape and both can go close. BRAVE NEW WORLD has blinkers back on and that could make all the difference after a disappointing last run.
