SRUCAHAN stayed on really well to land the spoils over this trip at the Curragh last week and although shouldering a 5lb penalty this afternoon, he still looks well handicapped and rates the one to beat again. Love Is The Key has been in good form recently and should appreciate returning to this distance having finished fourth over 7f at Roscommon recently, while there are no ground concerns for the improving Jackemil.
Srucahan and Kanes Pass reoppose from Tuesday's Curragh clash, and on this occasion the latter is fanced to come out on top. Jackemil should also be thereabouts.

SCATTY CAT stepped up on her previous form when finishing a solid fifth in a Group 3 event at Ayr last month, leaving the form of her previous Ffos Las handicap second well behind, and she rates the one to beat here. Blue Bullet has been highly tried since making a winning debut over 6f here in June but he hasn't always proved the easiest to catch right and conceding weight all round today will be no easy feat. Red Queen displayed improved form when second at Tipperary last time although an absence of over two months is slightly offputting.
Blue Bullet has had plenty of chances and it may pay to side with the unexposed Red Queen. Scatty Cat will find this easier than the Ayr Group 3 she contested last time and is also respected.

ROCK CRITIC holds the strongest claims having followed a ready success over hurdles with a solid fourth in a Killarney Listed race when last seen at the end of August. At home with plenty of cut in the ground, the 7-y-o clearly retains plenty of enthusiasm for the game and rates a more solid proposition than Chrysanthemum, in fine form back in the spring but disappointing more recently. Hurricane Twister has tasted success twice this season but his winning run came to an abrupt end in this grade last time, while Barack has been well held twice since finishing just ahead of Rock Critic in the aforementioned Killarney contest.
Chrysanthemum has her sights lowered here and is fancied to get her head in front. Rock Critic may be the one for the forecast.

TWILIGHT ZONE was no match for top-class stablemate Battle Of Marengo when fourth on his Gowran Park debut in August but he is entitled to have come on a good deal for that initial experience and looks to have been well placed to open his account this afternoon. The 70-rated Truly Madly has shaped with plenty of promise in five starts to date and finished second of three at Ffos Las last time while Lucky Kitten ran well enough when fourth of sixth at the Curragh on his latest start.
Difficult to oppose Twilight Zone, who is expected to improve markedly from his Gowran debut earlier this summer. Truly Madly can follow him home.

Despite having to concede weight all round, SUSIESCOT holds every chance having continued her fine run of recent form when second to the mightily impressive Hurricane Twister at Tipperary earlier this month. She has less on her plate tonight and makes more appeal than Emotional Dream, back on song when second over 1m2f at Down Royal. Madeira Girl looked good when winning easily at the Curragh last week but a 10lb rise in the weights leaves her with more to do here.

QASSER sets the standard with an official rating of 82 and will be expected to open his account today despite making his first appearance since May. Second at Navan on that occasion, he travelled in the manner of a smart performer there and clearly has the ability to win of race of this nature. Highland Miss shaped with more promise when fourth over 1m2f at Roscommon on her second start and looks obvious shortlist material, along with Dundalk third Epic Encounter.
Eretara was a 66/1 shot on debut, but her run there belied those odds and with her yard ending the season in decent nick, she's taken to get the better of Qasser, who has let favourite backers down on his last 2 starts. Epic Encounter also holds claims if transferring his AW form to turf.
