BARCELONA EXPRESS (12) didn't get into the finish on debut when well supported in a race run in good time. He should be better suited in this race stepping up to 1400m with the Blinkers going on. Look for sharp improvement from a middle draw. SHELLAQUIN (4) has run well in two lifetime starts either side of a spell including a close up third at this track last start when well supported. He the looms as a danger from a forward position in the run. GATEWAYS (7) has had a few chances but has placed at two of her past three starts. She didn't have the best of luck at this track last start and is capable of an improved showing. SCANDALOUS SCARLET (10) is yet to place but wasn't far away last start in a handy race. Keep safe.
