FREUDSALM has been collared in the home stretch on a couple of occasions so far, but if she gets loose in front there may be no stopping her here. Good Laugh and Fashion Street have shown some promise in the mornings and could be the dangers.
OLD MEXICO battered his rivals over track and trip last time, coming home five lengths clear, and actually takes a drop in class for this. Real Estate Rich won emphatically latest but is up in grade, while Attractive Ride drops down a level or two after placing in more valuable claimers.
Day Of Fury deserves a tilt at this level after winning nicely last time, while Kid Cruz gained revenge on Stormin Monarcho when second in a stake on his penultimate start. The one to side with may be ROYAL POSSE, however, as he has won a pair of stakes races in his last three starts and may be set for bigger things in future.
HARD HITTER showed signs of greenness on debut and still kept on well enough for fourth, so he is taken to build on that promising first outing. Lori's Folly has claims on the form of his debut but struggled when kept wide last time. Any support for newcomers Dravite and Bermuda Triangle could be worth noting.
Mister Popsicle has been knocking on the door with increasing fury of late and is respected, while Oliver Rush got back to form when beaten just a length into third last time. The latter was behind REGAL MINISTER on that occasion, and John Toscano's colt could confirm that form, especially if getting loose on the lead.
Black Tide had Secured Position behind when second here last time, but the latter has drawn much better than his conqueror so could reverse that form. HERE COMES TOMMY gets the vote, though, as he won nicely at Belmont two starts ago and was not disgraced in third here latest.
BOX OFFICE had Pass The Dice behind when successful here two starts ago and though he couldn't follow that up at Laurel last time, perhaps the return to this venue can see him strike. Integrity was tried in a better contest than this last time so may be better judged on his victory, with Son Of A General back in third, two starts ago.
BETWEEN THE LINES gained reward for his consistency when back in the winner's enclosure last time and in what looks like a similar contest here, he could be tough to beat. Eighty Three was second to the selection and followed up with a win, franking the form, while Souper Knight has shown form over a route so is interesting down in trip.
The hat-trick seeking Prince Zurs is respected in his current form, but this could be MARCH TOO's chance to shine. The five-year-old has gone close on his last two starts and though this looks slightly tougher on paper, he had a subsequent winner in behind last time. Star Of New York and Storm Pursuit also merit respect.
