Bielsa benefited from an excellent ride when landing the Ayr Gold Cup at the expense of GREAT AMBASSADOR, with the former racing alone up the near side rail. However, there is every chance that Ed Walker's gelding can reverse that form as he has been progressing at a rate of knots this season, winning a Listed race on his penultimate start at York, and the step up in grade is unlikely to inconvenience him. The return to Ascot might see Glen Shiel bounce back after a couple of below par efforts at the highest level, while Diligent Harry continues to improve and isn't one to discount following his second in the Hackwood at Newbury.

Danzeno has benefited from running in conditions events on his last couple of starts, winning at both Nottingham and Beverley, but the 10-year-old may struggle on his return to handicap company.
