Settled in 11th within 10Ls behind lead. Made ground soon after straightening. Responded well when under pressure 250 M to take lead closing stages.

Remained 8th on inside to final turn. Switched 4 wide turning in. Ran on well to take lead approaching 200 M. Failed to withhold winner's challenges closing stages.

Mainly 3rd and within 2Ls of lead on rail. Stayed on well in straight but unable quicken to challenge.

Towards rear. Found no clear run when trying to improve near 300 M. Ran on well final 250 M when clear.

Settled 2-wide behind midfield. Maintained similar position and was 2-wide final turn. Made up good ground on outside 200 M out.

Was 2-wide 2nd and no more than 2Ls behind leader. Came to tackle leader final turn, taking lead from 400 M to 200 M. Kept on but was impeded 100 M out.

Slowly away and then shifted to inside near rear to straight. Stayed on quite well final 200 M.

Around midfield. Stayed on same pace throughout.

Rear. Widest into straight. Recovered some ground inside final 300 M.

Settled better than midfield on inside. Stayed on until finding no extra 200 M out.

Mainly 5th before dropping back a bit to midfield final turn. Weakened 200 M out.

Near rear. Recovered some ground on outside from 1000 M to be 9th rounding home bend. Faded in straight.

Mainly 4th and 3-wide without cover. Stayed on early straight but weakened badly final 250 M.

Led field to 400 M. Dropped back rapidly. (Finished distressed.)
